Can This Community Fight Their Way Out of Poverty?

Around five-hundred people live in this community.The population consists of people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.There are young single mothers.Elderly widows caring for their grandchildren are members of this community. Perplexed,I walked away, wondering what we could do.
